The following Medical Supply lists are based on the recommendations from the Ships Medicine Chest and the World Health Organization for vessels of the suggested criteria. It is assumed that the officer aboard a merchant vessel, in the categories described, who has the responsibility for the care and treatment of seamen, will have had the training in the administration and use of the recommended items. Seaside Marine will provide complete produce use and identification cards, along with reorder forms corresponding with the product suggestion and numbering system found in the WHO. This will enable the Ships Medical Personnel to know at a glance the status of supplies onboard.
